SALES PRODUCER

The Hilb Group of New England, Dowling & O’Neil Insurance Agency continues to grow their business by seeking a qualified professional to be part of our dynamic sales team

POSITION SUMMARY:

Create revenue by developing new client relationships and maintain established book of business-goals that are consistent with producer’s annual sales contract

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have extensive knowledge, experience and in-depth understanding of the insurance industry

• Responsible for bringing new business to Dowling & O’Neil

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established

• Develop and maintain effective network within the business community and industry

• Demonstrate sales aptitude, communication skills, building and maintaining relationships

• Professional presentation skills and demeanor

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in selling insurance or related products

• Active P&C license

• Demonstrates capability to adhere to and champion the sales process

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
