Commercial Lines Account Manger

Lore Insurance Group is pleased to announce that due to our continued growth, we are seeking a part time Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our Agency team. This individual will proactively assist in managing all aspects of our small business accounts. As the Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for overall account servicing and maintenance for new and existing commercial insurance clients.
Responsibilities:
Acts as primary point of contact to a wide variety of small business clients.
Interact with customers and commercial insurance underwriters to service all requests including new business, policy changes, client inquiries, billing, claims and policy renewals.
Educate and advise clients on their insurance needs based upon a comprehensive understanding of their business. Identifies and recommends products to meet those needs,
Requirements:
Minimum of two years commercial lines insurance experience and high school diploma or equivalent.
Proven hands-on experience with an in-depth knowledge of commercial lines coverages and terminology for small businesses.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, bilingual English and Spanish a plus.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to work in a team environment.
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.
