Account Manager - Personal Lines

Agency with roots going back to 1870 is looking for your talents to round out our excellent team. Come work in a friendly environment. The successful candidate must possess excellent written and oral skills and must be able to work both independently and in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include all aspects of customer service from writing new business, helping clients thru the claims process, client satisfaction and retention.

MA insurance broker's license not immediately necessary but willingness to obtain in the shorter term is a must.
