Commercial Lines Account Executive

Cleary Insurance is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients while providing outstanding customer service and building strong carrier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day servicing of commercial accounts.
• Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy changes.
• Prepare certificates, proposals, and other insurance documents.
• Review policies for accuracy and explain coverage to clients.
• Respond promptly to client requests and questions.
• Work with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and resolve policy issues.
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system.
• Support producers with client retention and account growth.

Qualifications

• Commercial insurance experience preferred.
• Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty License required.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office.
